Do you haul the concrete away, or do I have to deal with it?
We haul it. Every job includes loading the broken concrete into our own trucks and taking it off your property, so you're not left with a pile in the yard or a dumpster to fill. We sweep the site before we leave.
How much does concrete demolition cost?
It depends on how much concrete there is, how thick it is, how tough it is to reach, and how far we haul it. Estimates are always free, and folks around Northern Utah tell us our pricing comes in fair against everyone else they called. Do you work for homeowners, or just contractors?
Both. We break out patios and driveways for homeowners in Layton and Davis County, and we handle selective and structural demolition for builders, plumbers, and property managers across the Wasatch Front. Small jobs are welcome too.
Can you take out just one section and leave the rest?
Yes. That's selective demolition. We saw a clean, straight line and remove only the section that has to go, so the concrete you're keeping stays solid and square. It's a common ask for cutting out a bad panel of driveway or a chunk of walkway.
Will breaking out this slab damage the concrete or lines next to it?
That's exactly what we plan around. We saw the break line first and work carefully near footings, walls, and buried utilities so we take out what has to go without cracking what stays or hitting a line. If we're not sure what's underground, we'll talk it through before we start.
